On Wednesday, October 12, from 6:30-8:00 PM the Western Prom and West End Neighborhood Associations are co-sponsoring an informational forum for residents of our neighborhoods on the upcoming November 8 election, focusing on the Charter Commission recommendations.
The forum will be held at the Portland Club, 156 State Street. Please walk, if possible, as there is very limited parking in the back lot. Masks are optional.
The forum will be moderated and will feature Charter Commissioners Michael Kebede, Zack Barowitz, Peter Eglinton, and Marpheen Chann. The forum will not be a debate or a presentation on the detail of the recommendations (there will be a handout with summaries), but rather focus on questions to the panel.
As time allows, there will be opportunity for Q/A from the audience.
