Tilson, a local technology company here in Portland, is administering a study to gauge Portland residents’ and business owners’ views of their current Internet service and what they would like to see improved. The study is aimed at providing information to broadband developers working with the City of Portland to improve broadband in the City. The survey takes about five minutes to complete.
